I highly recommend utilizing – BookOutlet.ca- to purchase book club sets. You will save a minimum of 50% compared to any other book vendor. We have identify clear criteria established regarding the purpose book clubs serve in our programming. We established 15 as the number based on a recommendation of an amazing friend and extraordinary teacher-librarian colleague. Fifteen give flexibility for more than one classroom to utilize the text as an option. It also provides a cushion when books are lost or not returned.

Presently, we have the following titles in our book club options. These books are used freely amongst our Gr 9 – 12 students. We will not be attaching specific grades to books.
